While we strive to tackle most cleaning needs, some tasks fall outside our scope to ensure safety and liability for both you and our cleaners:
- Preserving Your Valuables & Delicates: For delicate items like musical instruments or electronics, we recommend professional care.
- High Reaches & Specialized Cleaning: For safety reasons, we don’t clean walls, exterior windows, or anything beyond reach with a step stool and duster. Fireplaces, chandeliers, and light bulbs also require specialized cleaning.
- Hazardous Materials & Animal Care: We kindly ask you to handle litter boxes, biohazardous materials, mold, and animal waste. Additionally, we don’t clean unfinished basements, attics, sheds, garages, or areas with infestations.
